How do I make NPCs teleport you to a server?

hey, I need help!
I want to add an SMP to my SkyMinig server, but from another server.
how do I connect NPCs to another server? like in every network in minehut when
you just simply click an NPC to teleport to one of the servers.

Can anyone send me a link to download a plugin and/or tell me what to do next?

but will it allow players to connect to the server by right-clicking?
its not the same server, there are 2 different..

i think so, yes. a server I used to work on had people connecting to connected servers via npcs

hello its me again, 
I have downloaded the plugin to "plugins" folder,
restarted the server: and it looks like the plugin is not even installed.
no commands at all about this plugin. /npc not showing up, same about /citizens.

anyone knows what to do?
