Are external servers linked to a minehut proxy allowed?

I know a few servers that do this, and I was wondering if it was allowed. Doesn't minehut lose a lot of money from it?

Yes this is allowed, I have provided more information below:

We are not currently sponsoring players or servers, however, we have recently launched a program for 3rd party servers interested in advertising to our player base. Essentially, we allow people hosting on outside services to hook into our proxy and take advantage of our discovery systems or host paid-ad campaigns (such as billboards in the lobby). I actually created a plugin where you could connect external servers to a minehut proxy before this was a thing haha, I was just wondering.
