Hello, I was wondering if there is anyway I could become unbanned without using the support tab, all they do is respond to me with a pre-written e-mail about my punishment and is there anyway I could please get help from an admin or someone who may understand my situation and unban me?

Nope, support is the only way to get your punishment revoked. Maybe try writing your ticket in a more nice/understanding tone.

I'm just a known player who been playing since the 24 July 2019.
