help i get no respons to my unban requests

(sorry for my bad english its not my first language)

I send 3 unban request and get no respons the first 1 was long ago but the last 2 were a month apart. I no anser not even that i wil not get unbanned. I have send 1 yesterday but they have probably not seen it yet. I will like to be unbanned because i want to start a smp with my friends. Its realy frustrating so i hope to get som advice form here.
