Command blocks not working!

Hey, im trying to place command blocks but its not working. I have enabled it from the setting and restarted server for it. Still doesnt work. I can place it with /setblock but cant interact. I have op and creative mode. I have watched a ton of threads about this on the forum page and tried everything and still doesnt work. I have disabled, restart, enable and restart and multiple other ways but the command block doesnt want to place. Please help i was hoping to make some good commands for maps and stuff for my friends to play.

Check if any other illegal blocks can be placed (structure voids or structure blocks)
Also check if any plugins interfere with building.

This is my stuff. Please say if theres anything i should do. No plugins no addons are on, structure blocks and structure voids i dont know where to change that stuff since its not here.

structure blocks and structure voids are blocks, given by /give, much like command blocks.

check your sevrer.properties file and see if command blocks are enabled there

its true. I tried placing structure block but it didnt work but structure void did.

k the only things i can think of is if youre in creative and opped

just tried again with enabled command blocks from server properties and the server.properties file, went to mc to my server, was in creative and opped already, tried to put it but nothing happened.

no I don't need to join. just checking the api to see if command blocks are actually enabled and what plugins you have. And yes it shows that command blocks are actually enabled so not sure why it isn't working. You also don't got any plugins so they aren't causing it. What does it do when you try to uses the command block? Does it say a message or does it just do nothing when you right click it.

cant place it and it doesnt say anything when i cant place it. I used setblock to get the comman block place and it worked but cant interact with it. Right clicking while i hold it = no placement and trying to use it = doesnt work too. Even structure blocks dont work.

If you have nothing important on your server, try resetting it and see if that helps with anything.

i have tons of builds, even if i would want to i would need to ask my friend if he wants too

but if there is not another way, i can try. I will now make a second server and see if it works there.

does work in the second server. Enabled command blocks from the server properties and server.properties file and boom works the first try. Idk why it doesnt work in me and my friends server tho.

tried again but i took all the same settings as the test server and still doesnt work. It maybe is just with the world and only fixable by resetting.
