Plugin Error

I created a Minehut server a long time ago, and added some plugins, like ActionHealth and AutoPickup. A few years later, I needed a server to play on, so I reset the one I created  before and added new plugins. What I didn't notice, was that the old plugins stayed inside the world files, but not inside the main plugin tab. (add ons) So now, me and my friends cant mend our armor with XP because it goes right to the XP bar. (Yes, I already tried deleting the plugin files but when i restart the server they reappear.)

Any plugins installed with the Addons (formerly Plugins) panel also have to be uninstalled via them, if you try manually deleting them the files will just reappear automatically (which is expected behavior)

Yes i know. But i fixed the issue by going into the config files for autoPickup and disabled most things so its ok now.
