Customize offline server MOTD?

The second MH was unleashed, I had one question in my mind: Could I customize my offline server MOTD? From "Server offline. /join ****" to "This server is offline! Come back later!." It would be really helpful if somebody could please answer my question. Thank You!

This isn't been planned to be added nor have I heard of it, I would suggest posting a Meta suggestion!
