Per World Inventory will not work for me

Hey so I am making a server with KitPvP, Survival, and soon adding creative. I made the worlds for KitPvP and survival using multiverse and I added PerWorldInventory so they do not share inventories. I got it and restarted my server and it doesn't work. I traveled to all the worlds I created and I keep my inventory for all of them. I created the groups in the file for PerWorldInventory and I also removed the plugin and added it back. It does not work for me. I asked the minehut discord but they do not know either. So I'm really confused with this, what do I have to do to fix it.

To my knowledge, there is a permission node you must use in order to enable it. I'm not positive though. I'll leave a link to the plugin page just in case I'm incorrect here.

If you're opped on your server, you need to add these permissions as a negative permission using PermissionsEX (Plugin)

• perworldinventory.bypass.gamemode
• perworldinventory.bypass.enforcegamemode
