Not being able to restore my server

When I try to restore my server and then I try to join it sends me back to the main lobby and then goes offline and when i try to activate the server when it goes offline it says an unknown error occurred and then eventually goes into hibernation  and then I will be able to activate but when that happens it doesn't restore the server so I'm wondering how to fix this if it is an error only for me or if minehut can fix it or everyone else because this bug also happens on my other server

Whenever trying to activate your server, are you able to access the File Manager? If so, try to grab your latest.log and send it here. Here's a tutorial incase you're not familiar in how to get access to your logs: https://minehut.xyz/faq/panel/logs

This has also happened to me, it took all my skripts, and hard work. it also deleted all the server's files. also the plugin's file is empty too
