"Could not connect to a defualt or fallback server, try again later"

Hey, so yesterday me and my friends were playing nad then we all went off but today when I was trying to log on I was on a different world. So I searched up and found a solution where u type /worlds, but I couldn't teleport because it said "World does not exist". I then found out that it maybe was because you can't have spaces in your world name. So I tried to change the name but now it just doesen't work at all and I get the message when trying to log in "Could not connect to a default or fallback server, please try again later."

Is there any solution to this or is it just oofed?

Edit: I can now get into the server and the error message doesen't appear but I still can't tp to the world because it says "World does not exist"

this most likely is because of the Minehut thing that is happening where servers cannot start up and has been happening for the past 1-2ish days and I have no idea about the world (I'm still quite newish to Minehut)
