Simply try to use /gamerule doMobSpawning false, this could fix it. in case that doesnt work, check your server Dashboard and navigate to settings. There you can change the difficulty or set Mob Spawning to false. Set it to peaceful on the Dashboard and it should work just fine! Let me know if that helped! Good luck!
