When I change from world to world, for example a survival world and a sky-block world, I want to have different items for each world as soon as i switch. On the survival world i could have a diamond sword but then i feel like playing sky-block and switch, when i switch, my player in that world could have a wooden sword and different level of experience points than my other world. Is it possible to switch player data from different worlds?
