plugin help

So i have made a group called "coowner" and i have added someone to the group. but when she talks in chat the group name does not appear next to her name in chat. do i need to rename the group? or maybe redo it? i have all the plugins needed . i have made a owner group for me and it worked

make sure to set prefix of the group. What is the plugin You use?

 

LuckPerms -> /lp group {group name} meta setprefix "{prefix}"
