"Ungrouped" in my username

I only had the problem only today and I need help for it. after only hours in fixing my server, I left and rejoined the server to see the word "Ungrouped" before my luckperms nickname. The same for my friend who has helped me build in the server. I was wondering how to fix this? I can send some info about it if needed.

Hello, probably isn't a problem with LuckPerms, but would you be able to show a screenshot of how your /pl looks like?

I see there is ChatControl installed. As far as I remember, this plugin modifies your display name. This plugin has custom in-built placeholders in the configuration which might be unable to recognize your group. Could you check this plugin's configuration?

Basically, I've set the default join and leave message. You can take a look if you want to. Should hopefully work.

It didn't work but I'll just try to uninstall chatcontrol for it to work. Thank you anyways ^^
