There should be an option in your WorldEdit config file to disable this.

If you have Skript installed as a plugin on your server, that is why. To disable/delete this skript you can go to your server editor --> file manager --> plugins --> skript --> scripts --> select and delete the skript files you don't want. After this, there are 3 ways to update the settings.

1) Restart the server

2) Go to the console and type "sk reload all"

3) Join the server and type the command "/sk reload all".
