My server is being very strange

for some reason my water stopped flowing. I am not sure what the cause of this is. In fact, if I pick up a water bucket from an ocean or pond, it just shows a missing block taken out of it. My Redstone has also not been working. it seems as though my blocks cant be updated at all. please help, I don't know what to do.

I don't actually have access to that command, so I wouldn't be able to.

What is your plugin list? If you have buildersutilities, I know that’s known to cause some issues.

I am indeed using buildersutilities, are you suggesting that I remove that plugin?

Try removing it and see if that fixes the issue.
