Minehut server stops after I join

My friend messed with /give, and put 69420 buttons on the floor, which, due to too many entities, crashed the server, but after that, the server started, and stopped if someone even TRIED to join or even do /kill @e in the console. After that, I've even repaired files about 10 times and uploaded a world save from 3 hours prior to spawning a (nice) ton of buttons. Any way to fix this would be nice, because I made 2 apartment buildings in survival and a lot of grinding after the last downloaded save

Follow these exact steps:

-> Start your server.

-> Do not join it.

-> As it's starting, keep spamming this in console: minecraft:kill @e

-> Once your server shows up as online, go ahead and join it.

That's it, in-case it doesn't work, try it once more.
