Please Help! Server not working!

I recently Gave a friend lots of blocks using commands which crashed the (vanilla) server. Now whenever we try to join it doesnt render in at all and within 60 seconds it kicks us then it wont allow us to rejoin until we turn the server off and reopen it.

I don't own the server by the way so if you know how to fix it and want the owner's minehut username i can tell  you!

Did you ever change the tickspeed of your server? If so, try doing this.

Run the command /gamerule randomTickSpeed 3 in console while the server is online but do not join it. Make sure the command is exactly like that since the command is case sensitive. Then join the server afterwards.

ok i did the command it rendered a few more chunks in but still  kicked me out and said timed out! I will see what happens in the morning
