Ocean Only World

Hi, I'm playing on Minecraft 1.16.5 Java, and I want to make a ocean only world for survival with me and my friend, like NotPaulGG (YouTube). When I tried seeds it didn't work, when I found the pack that NotPaulGG used: https://github.com/The-Dingos/MinecraftAlternateRealities , it still spawned me somewhere totally random. When I tried that same pack in a singleplayer world it worked like a charm. What do I do to get it in Minehut?

What are you supposed to do with the json file linked in that github? Cause if it was a world, you would just upload it and do /world <world> to teleport to it.
