Data loss out of my control

Alright here's the story;

My server was normal and i left the server then came back after an hour and re logged and all the plugin configs and scripts were gone, LEGIT. I restored the server from the last time I was on, and guess what? It stayed the same. All I need is my server restored PLEASE.

 

Also if you're asking, no I did not share the password nor email. HELP ME

Did your server crash when you made changes to it?
