Can't purchase credits via PayPal?

Hello,

I'm having an issue where if I wanted to purchase credits via PayPal, I get a message directly from PayPal saying: "The merchant isn’t able to accept PayPal payments at this time. Please try again later or return to the merchant and choose another way to pay" 

Any help would be appreciated.
