How to make a player not able to break blocks in a specific area

Hello. This is my first topic here, so if I'm doing anything wrong, please tell me. So basically, my server is survival. So they spawn in the lobby, then go to the main map. I want them to be able to break blocks in the main map, but not in the lobby. I'm not good at Skript either, please help.

You could download a plugin called WorldGuard and with that plugin you can select different areas where to allow breaking / building and where to not allow it.

WorldGuard does not even do anything at all neither worldedit none of that even works on my server
