Some trouble with backing up and downloading worlds.

So basically i'm trying to make an exact copy of my server in a single player world. And i got the dl commands working and got the zip files my issue isn't any of that. My issue is i can get a exact copy of the overworld but not the nether or the end and i want those dimensions copied to because we have made significant builds in both dimensions. I've been trying to figure it out for over an hour now so if someone could tell me what all from the .zip files i need to put into a world folder to get an exact copy of our world, nether and end included.

You need to download the nether and end worlds separately. Then you need to put those files in the dim1 and dim-1 files in the singleplayer world. dim1 is the end and dim-1 is the nether I think.
