When I try to download my world with /dl world world it shows "Failed To Upload File"

I play on an SMP with the rest of my friends and we made a lot of progress so we're afraid that something might happen to our game, so I searched up how to download a minehut world. I found the official minehut video for downloading and typed in the command necessary. The Server then tries to download the file and it says Failed to Upload File. Our SMP is a pretty big file, so its understandable why it cannot download. But I was wondering, is there anyway to download a large file world? Also, will minehut get a better download system soon?
