Trouble finding DIM1 and DIM-1 folders.

So I had another post on this forum but no one was able to help me. 

So I want to play my minehut server but in singleplayer. 

The thing is, when I download the world and drag it into saves folder on my mac, it doesn't appear in single player. BUT I did find a way to fix this. So I just make a world, normal world. Then load it in, exit, click on edit, then open world folder, then copy in all the folders and files from my minehut download. This takes me to my world, but the issue is, the nether and end are just raw, everything i did to them is gone. I checked the download and it is missing the nether and end folders. I redownloaded to make sure, but it still didn't have the folders. How can I get them?

So the thing is, I go to file.io and try to upload the zip file that i got when I downloaded the world. 

It doesn't let me do it... File too large, apparently. I attached the screenshot.

And also, i only want to download one world. The server only has one. I think..

I am thinking that I might be downloading the world wrong. I use this:

/dl world world 

Is that wrong?

Grab the link rom file.io. should appear next to the upload another button after you click upload. Then type /dl world "Paste link here" For the file size, i'm not sure of the fix.

Go to file.io and upload your world file there. Copy the link. Then, in your minecraft server, type /dl world (link). If you did it correctly, you should have everything good and ready to go. I don't know If you have to download world by world or not.
