Simple Portals Plugin Does Not Work

I noticed the simple portals plugin does not work anymore. When I try to go through one of the portals on my server is says, "It seems your account has access to the 'simpleportals.cdbypass' permission; therefore, bypassed the portal cooldown feature." Can someone please help me?

You are most likely getting that error because you're OP (an operator) or the owner of that server has given you that permission node. All that error seems to do is tell you that you bypasses the default cool down.

I am the owner and i took away my op and it still didn’t work. the same thing happened to another person on the server. with and without op it didn’t work.
