OP does not work but other commands aside from gamemode do.

So I just got my server and I have been messing around with server commands and other things to see what I could do, but while I was looking at trying to OP myself, I found out I couldn't. I tried different variations, looked at how others did it, etc. After trying different commands I found out that gamemode also does not work but most of all other commands I've tried work. I really need help with this.

Being a server operator allows you to run most of the general commands the server has, including the dangerous ones. 

You can op yourself on the web panel under Server Commands.

• JAVA: /op (username)

• BEDROCK: /op *(username)
