How I Recover a world (Backup)

hi minehut team, one year ago i lost my world on minehut server, since server was saying everytime: the server is busy because the version of minehut changed, so the server ip is: CoolGames3.minehut.gg  i already builded new world on this server, but i lost and want my old one, so please minehut team can you find a solution and get my 2019 world back?
