Attempting account delete, support forms just load forever

I am trying to delete my account via the GDPR link in the My Account section of the website. When I try to open a support ticket from the link in the GDPR section, or directly from the Support links, I just end up with an endless Loading Forms... message. I left it running all night. Please assist.

Hey, you can directly create a support ticket here and we'll be able to delete your account.

Note that I have cleared my browser cache and tried in Chrome and Edge browsers. Same behavior.
