Backing up worlds

I've been trying to back up a very important 3 year old server, and I've been getting the world downloads, but whenever I load them up into singleplayer, not a thing is saved, and the server is back at how it was whenever I first made it. Am I doing something wrong, or is it a problem with Minehut/my server?

You could try repairing files if you're having problems with it rolling back, and make sure you do /save-all then download the map and see if that helps anything. If you need further assistance feel free to contact me
