Do you get any error or message when you join it?

always include detail in your answer, if it's "could not connect to fallback" etc, then the server is not online yet. wait 30-20seconds before trying to connect again.

Hey, let's identify a few factors which may contribute to this.

Did you just start up your server, or did you just stop your server?

If you're trying to join during the first 2-3 minutes when you first start up your server, it will not allow you to join, as the server isn't ready atm.

 

Is it perhaps a plugin issue? 
Check the File Manager on the Console and see if you can view the files within.

If you can:
Hit Danger Zone

Repair Files

If you can't:
Start uninstalling plugins one by one, restarting the server for each plugin uninstalled until your server starts up and you are able to join the server.
Once you have isolated the faulty plugin, reinstall your plugins, and everything should be fine.
