Timer For Fly???

so i have a pvp server it does well and i want to add flying but its too op so i want to add a timer for when someone does /fly now im not the best with skript but it could be like this

oncommand /fly <username>

wait 5s

/fly <userName>

so that way it disables fly

also is there a way so theres a cool down like 20s?

command /usefly [<player>]:

  trigger:

    if arg 1 is not set:

      execute console command "/fly %player%"

   else  if arg 1 is set:

      execute console command "/fly %arg 1%"
