I can't mine or do anything in a certain area of my server.

Whenever I play on my server I try to mine in a certain area and the blocks are immediately replaced, the blocks I try to place are immediately put back in my inventory. I can't even use chests and furnaces. Is there anything that I can do to fix it.

This is called the spawn region, you can disable it in the dashboard in Settings and the setting is called Spawn Protection. You will need to set this to 0. Good luck
