/tpa and /sethome not working

i use essentials and the commands work fine, but only the operators can use this command how do i fix this without having to op everyone?i do not use any permission plugins

The only way to do this would be a permission plugin, so I will show you how to do it using LuckPerms. 

Commands:

/lp group default permission set essentials.tpa true

/lp group default permission set essentials.sethome true

You can always just change the permission node(An example is "essentials.sethome")

go into essentials config.yml and set Use-bukkit-permissions to false
