I cant get rolls on minehut

So, This worked for my first server. But as everyone was given a free one, I switched to a new one, tried to create rolls and it didnt work. I even tried /lp user <IGN> parent set <groupname>. I then typed in chat, but it still had the <username> with the red text. Please help me.

You need Vault and a compatible chat plugin (like EssentialsChat [requires Essentials]) to see them.
