Unfortunately, unless you have Worldguard or CoreProtect, you cannot go back 10 minutes into the server. - Installing these plugins now would not allow you to go back, you'd have to have them previously installed. - Next time, I recommend installing these if you'd like to go back in time. What you could do instead of using variables is. If name is "&4&lLevel 5" or "&4&lLevel 4" for example, it will allow access if it is named that, hopefully this might help.
