anyone know some cool minecraft plugins to add to a smp for my friends that make the game more fun but not to unbalanced and not to modded so my friends can enjoy a cool smp with some fun plugins that make the game more fun in diffrent ways

anyone pls help me to understand how to use script i really want to make a server i have some cool ideas but i dont know how to make it with script
