What is the Support Team?
The support team is a community team on Minehut. Our goal is to provide support to the community so that everyone can feel happy with using Minehut's services. Some of our jobs include:

• Creating and Publishing Community FAQs
• Answering questions on forums and discord
• Responding to Youtube Comments on Tutorials
• Helping users with a range of scenarios

[None of the ways people are suggesting have worked it’s probably just worked for most people so it would make since if it worked for me but they don’t us it because I’m on bedrock]

If you are on bedrock then we unfortunately do not support 1.16 yet for it. We still dont have an ETA yet for when we will release an update on bedrock. Feel free to join the discord for more information.

[Where is the lobby I only just started today so I kinda know like nothing about it and when I put in the server name with .minehut.gg it still doesn’t work also sorry for asking so many questions]

You can connect to the lobby via joining the IP minehut.com or mc.minehut.com. Additionally you can use /hub or /lobby while on a server to get to the lobby.

Minehut servers are set to 1.15.2 as we still haven't implemented 1.16.1, expect it to update to 1.16.1 soon

If the whole server has been reset then we cant do much on our side as we do not save Backups anymore for servers. The only thing I can say is to regularly backup your world with ./dl world if you can just so you have an external file that you can re-upload if your world is reset.

So far Minehut is only compatible with Java Edition.

[Connection Issues]

Minehut is currently having a few issues. The developers are aware of this and should hopefully be pushing some sort of fix to allow players to join.

[How long does the server last? MINEHUT]

Quick Answer for this topic: If there a player who is online on the server then that server will not shutdown. There may be times where you get kicked for either "Timed Out" which is on your side or sometimes there will be something else.

I suggest using the command /setidletimeout 0 to be sure that you dont get kicked off of your server when afk. Yes, some problems may occur at times but its just a little tip for extra precaution.
