Leaking personal information is a permanent ban regardless of whether permission was given to leak the information or not.

Yes you need to upgrade to a paid plan to download multiple files.
In the cheapest way, you need 400 credits to get 24/7 uptime on the custom plan, which then will allow you to download multiple files. So roughly ~ $5. -
Is it lag spikes? There could be many reasons. Start your server, and when the lag occurs, do /timings report and then send the link of that here. Send your logs as well when the lag spikes happen.
How to retrieve latest.log:
- Navigate to File Manager
- Click on logs folder
- Scroll down to latest.log
- Download latest.log
- Upload here

Linking an account should be optional, but maybe that changed at some point? Try re-linking your account to see if that fixes it. But note you can not link a new account for another 36 hours after that.

Send your latest.log here after the crash.
How to retrieve your latest.log:
1. Go to File Manager2. Open the Logs folder
3. Scroll down till you see latest.log
4. Select latest.log and hit the download button
5. Upload it here

Unfortunately there's not really a way to see what specific folders within your server are taking up the most disk space.
It's most likely a plugin or a world taking up that much space. (more often than not, a world) You'd need to narrow it down though. You could download ones you're suspicious of and see how much content they have in them. -

Stop your server and change
initial-enabled-packs=
to
initial-enabled-packs=vanilla,bundle,trade_rebalance,update_1_21
in server.properties. Then save changes & start your server. Be sure to make a back-up before changing this!

What is the error she's getting?
It's very unlikely pertaining to that. The Minehut resourcepack doesn't work on Bedrock (AS far as I am aware), also, it would re-apply itself even if you deleted it unless you disabled Cosmetics in your server's settings. -
Have you set proxy protocol to true in the paper config? As well as online mode to on & enable status to true in the server.properties? -
I'm glad you found a solution.
This happens simply due to a visual bug, that usually goes away after a while. So don't worry if it happens in the future! -
I would recommend checking to make sure both Protocolib and Skracket are updated to the latest version your server is on, if not, they may be abandoned and not work properly on newer versions.

If you click on details you can go to the plugin's website and download a version for your server's version there. Then upload the jar to your plugins folder and restart.

- Relogging into your Minehut account
- Refreshing the page
- Using a different browser
- Trying on phone

To give yourself access to commands OP yourself via console by typing op yourUsername in your console command line, which will allow you to use the /gamerule and /gamemode commands.

Never download plugins from untrusted sources.
If you got an auto-response in your email when you submitted the ticket it'll only be a matter of time now before it's answered, so be patient.
