If it says you don't have permission to run a command, you'll either need to be OP or use a permissions plugin to give yourself the permission.

Minehut recently implemented a new captcha system. If you are detected as a bot, it'll send you to a secondary server and show you an captcha. From there, you can just type the captcha and let's hope you're not a bot.
