I solved this by updating the server to the latest version, 1.19.2, then waiting for it to hibernate and activate it again.

I fixed mine by changing the server version from 1.19 to 1.19.2

I have the same problem, but mine shuts down instantly. Have you found anything that fixes this?

I am on the right version for the server.
