This Plugin would be helpful to players for its feature to block certain plugins in certain worlds. Example: If you have a spawn (lobby) on your server you can block plugins like GreatKits, mcMMO, etc and enable it on other worlds like survival. Page:https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/perworldplugins
