The plugin is skrayfall. It is not on the minehut dashboard it is a custom plugin i got off https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/skrayfall and no matter what i do it just comes back after restart. Someone help me please

Basically in the file manager when i delete a plugin like elitemobs and restart the server it just comes back again and i cannot find a way to keep it deleted. If anyone else has a similar problem or knows a fix please tell me

how did you do it? im having the same problem rn and its really annoying
