Chopsticks

i did the command and it worked because my friends couldnt join at first but wen i joined the next day. a random joined and to stop the risk of a hacker. i kicked the person out. i was in shock becuase i thought for sure our server was safe. so i did the command again just to find out the next day it didnt stay on because wen i typed down the command it said "whitelist on" and i was confused because i thought it was already on. so wat im saying is that its on but later it turns off by itself. its it because im in mobile?
