We have all installed Simple voice chatt but cant config the server to our port because the words hsow up as diamonds with question marks and stuff like that. what do I do?

What server type do you have ? Paper or modded?

Is it an external? This could be an issue with the way it's set up if so.

Or, it could be a Mojang issue, although unlikely. Is it still happening?
