Can't access the server after update

After the new update came out, I'm having plenty of issues.

1)Not being able to access the server. It says that it is in "Hibernation", yet the start button doesn't turn on the server. Been doing this many times over the span of the entire day, and nothing new is coming out.

2) I can't access files. Since the world isn't on, it doesn't allow me to access the files, and see what is wrong. However, since I can't access the files, the world can't be turned on.

3) The other server I have works fine. However, the one I've spent many hours in, and a world with at least 10 different members on, can't turn on, which is making many people, myself included, annoyed as we had many things planned to do.

If someone can tell me how to fix this issue of the server being infinitely stuck in hibernation, or a way to access the files without the server starting, please tell me.
