Chat filter!

It has come to my attention that I have been muted. This time, I think it was fair, since I did "experiment" with the chat filter. Any word with "!" as and "i" isn't blocked (Example N!gg**, except Nigeria is blocked). I see why, but I don't think it should be. Also, I have abused this and am sorry, but /minecraft:tell is a thing from MC, meaning it isn't blocked by BungeeCord /msg mute. It should be, and even Jackson85 said so (forgot to screenshot). I think this should be fixed, as a mute doesn't do anything in the lobby, since you can message people with /minecraft:tell. I think the filter should also be looked over, adding the @ (a), ! (i), 1(i), 3 (e), etc(.).
