server closes

my frends server closed for like 20-30 min ago and he cant start it agen and he downt know why its down.

What was the last thing you guys were doing on the server?
How many plugins do you have?
Have you tried to let it go in hibernation then try starting it?

we have 3 plugins  and we was just mining and building awer base with some machins and rooms/hauses like standard.

and the server write down that the server will close in 5 min and efter the 5 min there was a 3 sec countdown and then it shut down.

how do i get the server ind hibernation my frends dont know wat it is and me nider.

and my frend dont remember the plugins name but he say that thay was not realy working

Well, one way & my best way I suggest is to try force stopping the server which is an option found in the danger zone. Other wise, servers self timeout after a set time of no activity, and go into hibernation, which you can then try again then.
