plugins not working

i can install my plugins and restart but i cant do the commands when i et in the game

Is there an error that it is giving you, or is it saying "Unknown command?

Do be weary, if it says unknown command, the plugin most likely didn't install. 

More so, If you downloaded the plugin threw the servers dashboard, using the addons section, then it most likely did not install. If that is the case, I recommend to download the plugins you want from an external website. (Ie. SpigotMC, Bukkit, etc.) Then,  drag and drop the plugins you downloaded into the plugin's folder after opening the folder, at the file manager, then restart the server.

If it gives an Error message, then please go check console to see what plugin is causing the error. It normally shows up in red text. Or you can do /plugins and see what plugins are showing, which ones arent, and which ones are red. The plugins that show up in red colored text, are ones that aren't currently working, and might need updated to the most recent version.
