Clear map skript

I need a skript for my box server that clears all blocks on the map except for the spawn box area. Right now i'm using mrl to reset the box but that means i have to divide it into 2 sectors that each get cleared seperately and give no warning to the player. 

Directions:

A command that clears all blocks except the spawn area inside 2 points
Automatically clears every 2 hours
Broadcasts a warning at a 30 minute and 10 minute time before the clear
A command that displays the current time before the next reset
